This policy explains what information Noble Gate Management ("Noble Gate", "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you use a form on this site, we store what you submit:

• Contact form: name, email, phone, company, inquiry type, property details you choose to share, your message, and whether you opted in to email updates.
• Career applications: name, email, phone, area of interest, preferred location, a profile or resume link, and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address and, optionally, your first name.

Information collected automatically

To protect our forms from abuse we record a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We cannot recover your IP address from it. We also record your browser's user-agent string and the page you submitted from. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right team.
• To evaluate employment applications.
• To send company news, only if you asked us to.
• To prevent spam and keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, and are accessible only to authorized Noble Gate staff.

Retention

We keep inquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your choices
